yea that moa wasn't actually dying - your remaining ships were hiding far away and the drones would never have been enough (and if they'd come close they woulda got hamdrakewebbed)

you don't deserve to advance anyway kadeshi, your setup was awful - vagabonds really ? you lost to blaster moas ;P
pro tip; don't use vagabonds in tourney, they're a very stupid use of points , also you might want to use more than one gang mod, you had 1, our joke team had 5 -_-

actually space police are ranked below kadeshi at number 34 - you might be confused by leguinea romana advancing with 125 points due to their 2 wins

The Kadeshi aren't newcomers to the tourney, they've been in like 3 or more counting this one.
What does ROL have to do with this anyway ? Completely different rule violations and situations, different vioalations merit different penalties.
PS; viper is terrible

-10 points isn't a big penalty :P
it was just bad luck for kadeshi that it stopped them from advancing - that's not claw's fault and it doesn't make the punishment unreasonable
you could argue that ROL's punishment is worse since they already trained that pilot and he's part of their team (possibly an important part) now he can't take part anymore and they have to find someone to replace him
Would be crippling for us if all of a sudden we couldn't use the mighty NTRabbit on our teams

If ROL would have got -10 punishment they wouldnt have gone thru, so your gona have a hard time argueing that.

i think we've all learned a valuable lesson here, don't lose matches and you won't have to worry about -10 points preventing you from advancing !
